Is TraceX really free during the beta?
Yes. Private beta workspaces get 50 investigations and 500 chat messages a month at no cost while TraceX is in beta.
What counts as an investigation?
One issue worked end to end: from the email, message or question to the root cause, with its evidence and fix.
Are there limits on AI usage?
Each plan includes an AI allowance over a rolling window. TraceX counts only the input and the output you see, never the model's thinking. Bring your own model to use your provider's limits instead.
Can we self-host?
Enterprise includes private tenancy or a self-hosted deployment, with data residency and retention controls. Talk to us.
